Understanding Client Requirements

The ideal Pen Portrait of our cottages is a child. Our designs are based on fun spaces that begin with the kid in all of us. According to our research designed motifs and adventure configurations are king in our products.

Strategic Planning

We don't custom build. We offer a limited number of floor plans for robotics reasons and for quality control. We offer a great number of exterior motifs. We will be offering larger scale footprints in the future as demand increases.

Design & Structure

Our cottages are designed to be moveable. They are robotically bolted together which means they can be disassembled, moved and reassembled in a new location. Our cottages are structurally designed to be resistant to extreme conditions and catastrophic events.
